Taking the first step towards getting mental health support can be a difficult task. My hope is that together we can openly discuss treatment options. I hope to join you to help with navigating dual cultures, handling situations with your children, navigating being an adolescent, or handling life transitions individually and/or with family therapy. I work with people struggling with anxiety, relational issues, women’s health, Latinx, life transitions, trauma, survivors of crimes, immigration evaluations. I use an adaptive approach to treatment by tailoring interventions to the unique needs of the client.
I have training and experience in a variety of modalities such as, CBT, DBT, TFCBT, SFBT, EMDR and several more. I provide psychotherapy services in both English and Spanish. I have worked with several populations to include children, adolescents, young adults, adults and seniors
