The work is not about being “fixed.” It's often about making sense of your experiences, in a way that feels clearer, steadier, and more grounded within yourself, over time.
Your experience, perspective, and voice matter in the session. The process unfolds through dialogue, curiosity, and reflection, allowing what keeps coming up to surface naturally and strengths to become more visible as we talk through them. Change rarely happens all at once. More often, it begins with understanding, and from there, small shifts start to take shape in ways that feel meaningful to you as we continue the conversation together.
